La galerie Christine König représente divers artistes de renommée internationale tout en travaillant simultanément avec une génération résolument plus jeune d’artistes émergents. Le programme et sa sélection d’artistes reflètent les thèmes centraux qui sont chers à Christine König : la politique et l’activisme, le féminisme, la littérature, ainsi que les approches post-conceptuelles.

Pour sa première participation à PARÉIDOLIE, la galerie nous présente l’artiste Radenko Milak.

Les aquarelles de Milak établissent un lien avec l’inconscient collectif en faisant référence à des événements marquants du début du XXI^e siècle, mettant en scène des thèmes clés de l’histoire mondiale. En passant d’un médium (la photographie) à un autre (l’aquarelle), Milak capture et met en lumière la tension croissante liée à l’instabilité et à l’incertitude qui règnent dans le monde, tout en conservant un point de vue neutre.

The Christine König Gallery represents diverse artists internationally well known while working simultaneously with a younger generation of emerging artists. The programming and artists selection reflect central themes dear to Christine König : politics and activism, feminism, literature, and post-conceptual approaches.

For its first participation at PARÉIDOLIE, the gallery introduces us to the artist Radenko Milak.

Milak’s watercolors establish a link with collective unconscious referring to major events from the beginning of the XXIst century, featuring central themes of mondial history. Going from a medium (photography) to another (watercolor), Milak captures and highlights the growing tension linked to instability and uncertainty that reign in the world, while maintaining a neutral point of view.
